Logging In

Navigate to tenextools.com/linkedin/login → enter your email address

📌 What to do

  • Open tenextools.com/linkedin/login in your browser
  • Type your email address in the Email field
  • Click Verify & continue to receive an OTP
  • Alternatively, click Login with Google to skip OTP

💡 Tip

Use the same email that is linked to your LinkedIn account for a smooth connection experience.

✅ Login options

Two methods are available: Email OTP (Step 1 of 2) or Google Single Sign-On.

OTP Verification

Check your inbox for the one-time password and enter it to proceed

📌 What to do

  • A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your email
  • Enter the OTP in the OTP field
  • Click Verify & continue
  • You will be taken to Step 3 – LinkedIn connection

💡 Tip

If you don't receive the OTP within 1–2 minutes, check your spam/junk folder, or go back and retry.

✅ Note

The message "OTP sent to your email" appears below the button when the code has been dispatched.

Connect Your LinkedIn Account

Step 3 of 3 – authorize Tenextools to post on your behalf

📌 What to do

  • Click the Login with LinkedIn button
  • A LinkedIn authorization popup will appear
  • Approve the permissions requested by Tenextools
  • You will be redirected to the LinkedIn Post Scheduler

💡 Important

Your LinkedIn account is linked to your purchased plan. If you later change LinkedIn accounts, your plan must be renewed.

✅ Profile saved

The message "Your profile details are already saved" confirms your Tenextools profile is ready.

LinkedIn Post Scheduler – Profile & Promo

Enter your LinkedIn profile URL and one-line promotional pitch

  • Paste your full LinkedIn profile or page URL
  • Enter a one-line pitch — this is the core message the AI will use to generate posts
  • Example: "promote LinkedIn scheduler by link tenextools.com"
  • Scroll down to fill in Campaign Setup fields

💡 Tip

Make your one-line pitch specific and action-oriented. It directly shapes all AI-generated post content.

Campaign Setup

Choose region, niche, start date, timezone and two daily posting time slots

  • Select your Region (e.g., Asia)
  • Enter your Sector / Niche (e.g., AI, digital marketing)
  • Set the Start date using the calendar picker
  • Select your Time zone
  • Set Time slot 1 and Time slot 2 — daily posting times
  • Click Create 7-day campaign or Generate post

📌 What to do

  • Confirm both time slots are set correctly
  • Click Generate post to trigger AI post creation
  • Or click Create 7-day campaign to bulk-schedule 14 posts
  • The button will briefly show "Generating…" while AI works

💡 7-day campaign

Creates 14 posts (2 per day for 7 days) using your pitch, region and niche. Each post consumes 1 campaign credit.

✅ Schedule status

After posts are queued, you'll see a message like "14 posts scheduled. Next run: Apr 11, 2026, 12:14 PM."

Review, edit and either save as draft or publish directly to LinkedIn

📌 What to do

  • Read through the AI-generated post in the Draft post area
  • Edit the text directly if needed
  • Click Save draft to queue the post for the next scheduled time slot
  • Click Publish to post immediately to LinkedIn
  • Click Clear to discard and generate a new draft

📌 What to look for

  • Scroll down in the draft to see AI-added hashtags
  • The scheduler status bar shows: "14 posts scheduled. Next run: Apr 11, 2026, 12:14 PM."
  • Promotional link is included automatically from your pitch
  • Modify or remove hashtags as preferred before publishing

💡 Hashtag strategy

The AI generates relevant industry hashtags based on your sector/niche. You can edit them to match your preferred set.

✅ Auto-post timing

Saved drafts will be auto-posted at the next scheduled time slot. No further action needed.

Switch to LinkedIn tab to verify the post was published successfully

📌 What you see

  • Open LinkedIn in another tab and go to your Recent Activity
  • Your AI-generated post appears with full content, hashtags, and the Tenextools promo link card
  • Engagement actions (Like, Comment, Repost, Send) are live
  • Impression count begins accumulating immediately

💡 Tip

The promotional link card (tenextools.com) is automatically appended when your one-line pitch includes a URL.

✅ Published!

The post shows as published by your LinkedIn profile with timestamp. Tenextools posts on your behalf via LinkedIn's official API.

  • Download invoice – view your plan (e.g., Yearly) and download receipts

💡 Plan renewal
